Partner-Specific Filter Options #
The search filters available in PetMatchPro depend on which integration partner your shelter uses. This reference shows what filters each partner supports and the license tier required.
Note on table granularity: The license tier shown for each filter row is determined by the method type that filter is being used in, not by the individual filter field. PetMatchPro gates the entire filter bucket per method type, so all filters in the same column share the same license tier.

Shared Features #
The following features are available on more than one partner and are not exclusive to any one of them:
- Lost/Found Combination search — Combines lost and found records into a single search. Available on PetPoint and AnimalsFirst at the Preferred tier.
- Filter value customization — Exclude or rename dropdown values. Available on all three partners at the Preferred tier (see Filter Exclusion section below).
Hiding Values from Search Results #
All three partners support hiding specific values from search results via the General tab Exclusion settings. Available at the Basic tier for Adopt and the Junior tier for Lost and Found (RescueGroups supports Adopt only). See Excluding Values via Filtering for details.
Filter Value Customization by Partner #
All three partners support filter dropdown value customization at the Preferred license tier. This lets you rename or remove individual options inside filter dropdowns (e.g., relabel a breed, hide a species the shelter doesn’t handle). See Filter Value Management for details.
