Members on the Junior or Preferred Plan can email our support team directly. Requests are handled first-come, first-served. To help us resolve your issue quickly:

  • Check the Knowledge Base first — your question may already be answered.
  • Have your PetMatchPro license key ready. You’ll need it to submit a request.
  • Include a screenshot or screen recording. Windows Snip & Sketch or a free Loom account both work well.
  • Describe the issue in detail — what you expected, what happened, and any steps to reproduce it.
