Welcome to the PetMatchPro Community. We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen to allow us to assist you with attaining your mission of adopting and reuniting more lost/homeless pets. All PetMatchPro Members receive access to our Support Forums.
Our Community Forums provide a venue for you to ask, share, and support your use of the PetMatchPro plugin. They were created to help you gain access to our support and development staff while also having the opportunity to share your insight and knowledge with others. Crosstalk, slander or derogatory content will be removed and continuation of similar content will result in the cancellation of your PetMatchPro Plan.

Premium Support Options
Email Support Team
PetMatchPro Members subscribing to the Junior or Preferred Plans are able to send emails to our support staff. These tickets are worked on a first-come, first-served basis and are provided as a service to those members choosing to invest in a monthly plan. To make the most of this service, please:
- Review the topics in the Support Forums. In many cases, a particular question or issue has already been addressed. Doing so will help keep our limited resources focused on improving the plugin for you.
- Have your PetMatchPro License Key handy. You’ll need it to submit the support request.
- Take a screen shot or video of the question or issue. You can use the Windows 10 Snip & Sketch application to send a photo or create a free Loom account to share a video with us.
- Share a detailed explanation of your question, problem or issue. The more we know, the more likely we’ll be able to quickly help you resolve it and move on.
Email Development Team
PetMatchPro Members subscribing to the Preferred Plan are able to send emails to our development staff. These tickets are worked on a first-come, first-served basis and are provided as a service to those members choosing to invest in our best plan. In addition to the suggestions for contacting our Support Team, to make the most of this service, please:
- Limit your inquiries to those related to the customization of the PetMatchPro plugin with CSS, custom result templates and advanced WordPress topics.
- Be patient. Technical topics often require some additional investigation or research before our team is able to reply.
